Location is very quiet at the end of a dead-end street, but very close to public transport, Lagundo Me-Bo exit and also the Adige long-distance cycling road making it a great starting poing regardless of your preferred way of spending the vacation.
The amenities are great, the cleaning of the apartment and change of towels every other day adds the icing on the cake.
Haven't tried the breakfast yet, but the pleasant smell coming out of the dining room and seeing the happy faces of people having it each morning gives a good hint of its quality and selection.
All in all, we would rate the establishment 12 out of 10, if allowed.

Das Zimmer war tipptopp, Dominik und sein Team sind super freundlich. Der Wellnessbereich sucht seines Gleichen, ein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung perfekt um runterzukommen und einfach genießen. Sollte dennoch einmal eine Winzigkeit fehlen, reagiert das Team sofort. Toll! Das Frühstück ist voll umfänglich, da gibt’s nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank noch mal an Dominik und sein Team, Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Gruß Martin.

Dann hätte ich noch einen Vorschlag, wenn man alle Glühbirnen 💡 austauscht auf LED da wäre eine weitere Hitzequelle ausgeschlossen. Besonders in der oberen Etage.
Gut wäre wenn man auf dem Balkon vernünftige Stühle hätte und einen Sonnenschirm ⛱️ der funktioniert.

The property is a beautiful boutique hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, with stunning mountain views from many areas of the building.

Our one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a huge living room and bedroom, and it was tastefully and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the free parking was a great convenience.

We also enjoyed the swimming pool, and the large private terrace was one of our favorite features. Alia is a perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunshine.

A special thank you to Dominic and Valentina for their kindness, professionalism, and attentive service throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome.

Wenn die Hitzewelle, die man ja nicht beeinflussen kann, und ein besserer WLan - Empfang auf dem Zimmer wäre alles perfekt gewesen, Das saubere Zimmer, der Außenpool sowie auch das nette Personal, alles hat einfach gepasst, Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ho usufruito di questa struttura per 3 settimane, a causa di lavori di ristrutturazione a casa mia; il posto è accogliente, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Busstation in 5 min. erreichbar, ( Nebenbei ein tolles Café).
