What to expect from a holiday in Algund near Merano?
In the large “Aquamarin” spa area you can enjoy the following for free:
- an indoor pool (5x8 m) with counter-current swimming, 30° C
- an outdoor pool with a fantastic terrace and comfortable sun loungers
- jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor)
- an experiential Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath with aromatic herbs, an aromatic bath, ice fountains and emotional showers, Kneipp tanks and a relaxation zone
- “Luis Trenker” infrared cabins with beneficial radiation
- fitness and cardio room
Other services included:
- sheets and soft bathrobes (changed weekly)
- hand, bath and spa towels that are changed every 2 days

General contract conditions/booking information
Arrival and departure
Apartments are available from 14:00 onwards; we kindly ask you to tell us if you intend to arrive after 21! The reception is open to check-out from 8:30; of you wish to leave earlier we kindly ask you to settle your balance the day before! On the departure day you have the room until 10:30.
Late check-out
Do you want to use your apartment on the departure day (including the spa) after 10:30 (until 18:00 at the latest)? We will charge a further € 45,00 per apartment. Warning: this service cannot be booked in advance.
Payment
You can pay in cash, with a debit or credit card (except American Express and Diner's).
Tourist tax
Tourist tax costs € 1,80 per person/booking and is not included in the apartment rate (children up to 14 years of age are exempt)!
E-bike hire
Every year we provide 4 new e-bikes that can be hired. The cost starts at € 16,00 for a half-day (from 13:00) and up to € 25,00 for the entire day!
Cancellation conditions
Communication pursuant to part III, paragraph III, section I of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005):
You can pay with a debit or credit card (except American Express and Diner's) or in cash .
Under the Consumer Code there is no right of withdrawal, nevertheless we allow the following cancellation conditions:
General contractual conditions pursuant to article 1341 of the Consumer Code apply to accommodation contracts between the accommodation facility ALIA Vital Appart-Hotel (Alinvest GmbH) and guests or payers.
1. Booking
Your booking is valid exclusively with written confirmation from us and upon payment of a deposit. In the event of cancellation or no-show the deposit will be withheld by the accommodation facility as a cancellation fee!
2. Cancellation conditions pursuant to article 1382 of the Consumer Code
- In the event of a cancellation we kindly ask you to inform us immediately!
- For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival we will not charge any additional cancellation fee.
- Subsequent cancellations after this date will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total amount in the following cases:
- cancellations from between 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total amount (excluding food)
- cancellations from between 14 to 5 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total amount (excluding food)
- cancellations of less than 5 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total amount (excluding food)
- cancellation must be made via a unilateral written declaration and must be sent to the hotel at the latest within the above mentioned periods before the arrival date agreed by the guest/guests.
- In the event of a no-show for the apartment booked without cancellation the guests or the payers are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total amount (excluding food).
- If all the beds booked are not used or cancelled the percentage refers exclusively to the price agreed for the unused or cancelled beds.
3. Travel Cancellation Insurance
Sometimes unforeseen difficulties can happen. A late arrival, a travel cancellation or an unexpected event. We suggest stipulating a travel cancellation insurance.
4. Rules in the event of early departure/ late arrival of guests
In the event of early departure or late arrival of guests the same or the payer/payers is/are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total amount (excluding food) for the agreed days.
